On my downtown trek today I noticed an enormous crowd outside a place that serves rice pudding. Yes. Only in New York, can a place specializing in Rice Pudding thrive while Citibank folds. Obviously the recession has not curbed New York tourists’ from buying expensive, vomit looking desserts. I mean how do these girls stand eating this stuff after a night of boozing?
In line were also some hefty Midwest tourists. Obviously Iowa still has plenty of money…and corn.
